Many people talk about how others cause them stress. Their words and actions, or sometimes lack of action causes stress and this leads to frustration and even anger.

They say how they wish others would change or stop doing those annoying things or start to pull their weight etc. And the longer the behaviour goes on the worse it seems to get, even to the point when the other persons isn't 'causing stress' you still feel it towards them anyway.

Generally we can't make others change, but wouldn't it be great if you could change how you think, feel and react to others and to the situations you find yourself in.

You could take all the energy you spend feeling annoyed and irritated by others and direct it at things that will actually help and improve your life.

You could go from this...

To this...

Now wouldn't that be great...

Counsellor or Friend/Family?
